I Got Throat Infection From Eating Masala Puri Fast Food

I got throat infection from eating masala puri fast food at Road side Vendor. Symptoms are.. throat irritation, nose blockage on one side, cough while sleeping at night and feeling tired.. I work in the AC at office and it's cold. Have taken Montair Fx 1tab, Althrocin and nimesulide.. Running nose is there too... Two days over there's no improvement. Please help. I'm 34 Indian Male from Bangalore.
