I Got To. Have Neck Surgy. Confused In 3 Different

I got to. Have neck surgy. confused in 3 different places. But what can I do after I get it done. I know I can't drive for a month. But do I need in home care I live by myself. What should I do b4 I have it done so home life be easier on me. Like food I heard it was going to be hard to swallow so soups and crushed up my pills. And after I get home like a bath or wipe myself can I do that by myself. I don't want to shirt myself
