I Got Up On Monday And Brushed My Teeth Then

I got up on Monday and brushed my teeth then my tounge and noticed a quarter size bruise on the right side that was not there on Sat.I got sick Sat night and threw up twice with dry heaves and just didn't feel like brushing my teeth on Sun.it didn't hurt yesterday but today it's tender.the bruise is on the top,down the side and under the tounge
