I Gt My Last Period On 12 September 2015, After

I gt my last period on 12 September 2015, after 4 days it stopped. Then after 4 days i got little traces of blood. After 2 or 3 days i again got some traces. Since last week i was feeling very tired and was having stomatch upset. So i did a pregancy test it was positive. Today i went to the doctor and he told me that there was two "kiss" which have formed in my belly and it could not see the pregancy as it may be too early to be deducted. I did a blood test to confirm the pregancy. Am i really pregnant?
