I HAve Had The Following Symptoms For Abut 4 Days...

I hAve had the following symptoms for abut 4 days...
Body pain all over. Even hurts to slightly touch my skin.

Extremely weak, difficult to sit up.
Upset stomach as well as cramps.
Bruising on several areas of body
Dizzy
Ear ache
Jaw pain
Headache
Chills but no fever
Muscle cramps, edpecially legs
Backache/spine tenderness
Anxiety....panic attacks
Sleeplessness
