I Had 12 Weeks Of Radiation For Stage 1 Breast

I had 12 weeks of radiation for stage 1 Breast cancer. During the last several treatments I became anemic. In my 20's I had a normal course of mono. My question is: Is it possible that the virus (E Barr) from mono become active during radiation which may result in a possible diagnoses of Chronic Fatigue?
