I Had 19 Teeth Extracted Jan23,2016.....since That Time I Have

I had 19 teeth extracted Jan23,2016.....since that time I have repeated complained of PAIN with the placement of my dentures (top and bottom) , and NOW I find out I have bone spurs top, and bottoms.....now I am being given an appointment to remove the bone spurs ,March 18 th...and I am concerned...not enough information for me.
