I Had 2 Blows To The Head On Wednesday, And

I had 2 blows to the head on Wednesday, and afterwards felt sick but slept it off. I've felt 'not with it'. My head is still extreamly sore to touch and still raised and bruised, however today (Saturday night) I've started to feel violently sick and I've just noticed that there are red bruises like burst blood vessels on my right inner elbow, where you would normally get blood taken... any help would be appreciated
