I Had 2 Ceramic Discs Put In My Neck March

I had 2 ceramic discs put in my neck March 3. I caught a cold the end of March. I still have a dry hacking cough and at times lose my voice. I am concerned that this is caused by one of my prescriptions (Lisinopril) My wife is taking the same med and has had the same problem.
