I Had 2 Major Surgeries In Less Than A Week

I had 2 major surgeries in less than a week and then a colostomy to the left of my belly button. About 2.5 months later my hair started falling out fast and my nails went to heck. Will the surgery cause that that much later or could it be not using my estrogen patch since the surgery. I'm 59. My doctor isn't taking it serious. To me it is.
