I Had 2 Periods In June Lasting Into July. It

I had 2 periods in June lasting into July. It was very heavy the first 4-5 days soaking a tampon and pad in 45 minutes. There was also very large clots. I bled for 3 weeks. I was given progesterone pills to stop my period. It finally stopped after taking the pills for a week. The dr said I would start my period again in 3-8 days. I never started my period again. I had a tubal pregnancy in 2003 with the left tube bring removed. I have 3 kids 4,5, and 7. I had my one tube tied after my last child was born in 2012. I'm 31 years old. What could be wrong with me.
