I Had 2 Surgeries This Summer, A Diskectomy And A

I had 2 surgeries this summer, a diskectomy and a laminectomy with foramenotomy, both due to a herniated disk that was causing intolerable pain and difficulty in walking. Now that disk has herniated again with dorsal displacement of the S1 nerve root. Do you think I should have a diskectomy again or a fusion, or neither?
