I Had 3 Head Injuries In The Space Of 6

I had 3 head injuries in the space of 6 weeks since then I have suffered head and neck pain my periods also stopped and have just returned after7 months I am now suffering from a pins and needles feeling in my head followed by sweats and also lack of sleep and concentration. The headaches are getting worse and I have a strange taste in my mouth can you advise please
