I Had 3 Molars Extracted On 9/24 Because Of An

I had 3 molars extracted on 9/24 because of an abscess. The following Monday I noticed that I was getting small amounts of water in my nose while drinking so I called the dentist office and went back and he placed a cellulose sponge in the extraction site and stitched it. I had the stitches in for a week and they came out this past Thursday. The dentist released me just saying not to sneeze, no other direction. I know this is SO stupid but I have no idea where else to ask....is it OK to have regular (not oral) sex? I don't dare want to do anything to delay healing this far in.
