I Had 4 Surgeries Total Which 2 Were Partial Hysterectomy

I had 4 surgeries total which 2 were partial hysterectomy & then the surgeon said I have endometriosis. I am trying to see what can stop me from still have a menstrual cycle every month. I only have 1 ovary left. Now this month I have been bleeding the last 3weeks & have been having blood clots. Should I be concerned about this & what should I do? Also the surgeon has me on a birth control pill called norethindrone 0.35mg tablet
