I Had 5 Heart Bypasses Almost A Year Ago And

I had 5 heart bypasses almost a year ago and thought I was healed I went to a driving range about 3 months ago and ever since my pain in my chest wall has been hurting more it started gradually, had a x ray and was told it was healing pretty good, what else could be the problem?
