I Had 6 Days Of Spotting(no Pad Needed)on The 5th

I had 6 days of spotting(no pad needed)on the 5th and 6th day i took a pregnancy test they both were positive. I day after the last test I had light bleeding then 3 days of heavy bleeding with clots. Currently on the third day of Heavy bleeding with small clots. What should I do?
