I Had ACDF Surgery C5-6-7 And Unfortunately Not Fused; However

I had ACDF Surgery C5-6-7 and unfortunately not fused; however surgeon indicates things are stable. Is it likely that at some point revision surgery will be necessary? I'm starting to have some symptoms, but nothing that isn't tolerable at this point....just wondering if revision surgery is better to do now versus when I'm that much older (currently 56 years old) and how long I should let this go.
