I Had ACDF Neck Surgery 4 Years Ago C5/6 I

I had ACDF neck surgery 4 years ago c5/6 I have severe neck pain that radiates down my rt arm to my thumb which is swollen. Also have left facial numbness. I had MRI in DEC 16 that showed moderate bulging c3\4 4\5 and 5\6. Is there a exercise can do to help w pain. I don't want surgery again.
