I Had ACL Reconstruction Surgery On November 10th. I Have

I had ACL reconstruction surgery on November 10th. I have been off of my adderall since I was injured on October 24th. I am off my pain medicine and am still attending PT to rebuild strength and increase my range of motion. Is it safe to start taking my 20mg adderall again? Or will it impede/negatively affect my knee healing correctly.
