I Had Achilles Tendon Surgery A Year Ago On Nov

I had Achilles Tendon Surgery a year ago on Nov 2nd, reruptured the tendon 2 weeks after that. I have been and continue to wear compression socks that were prescribed for me. For the past 1-2 weeks my left foot ( operated on foot ) is feeling very tight ( limited dorsiflexion ) and all five toes are very swollen and feel cold to the touch. I tried using a ball end of a pen or a blunt pin to see if I have any feeling in the toes but they are very tight . I have very limited movement from about the toes to the 1/3 rd part of the top and bottom of the foot. The skin is very tight and somewhat cool as compared the rest of the foot and left leg>????
