Mild grade1 retrolisthesis of c3 on c4. at this level a broad-based central disc protrusion causes severe central canal stenosis and cord flattening. No intrinsic cord signal abnormality identified. No syrnix 2. Additional broad-based central disc bulge/protrusion at c6-7 causes mild/moderate central canal stenosis Can you translate medical jargon into laymans terms and suggest treatment options please?
