I Had. Cervical Epidural Steroid Today At 10 Am. About

I had. Cervical epidural steroid today at 10 am. About 6 pm I started having a migraine type headache and tingling sensation in right arm and at 9 pm have tingling in all 4 extreme ties. I was do with mod to severe cervical stenosis with radiculopathy secondary to deg disk diseas. Is this something to worry about or a possible passing side effect?
