I Had Chipotle Last Night And Tonight I Realized There

I had Chipotle last night and tonight i realized there was red corn in my stool. I had the red spicy salsa there but thats the only red food I've eaten since I noticed the red corn. This is the first time this has happened and I do not have any stomach pain or anything else. I know 100% that I didn't eat red corn. The corn i found was not digested and was a bright red color. Any ideas as to what this could be?
