I Had L4-5 ,L5-S1 Surgery On Nov 17 , Frist

I had L4-5 ,L5-S1 surgery on nov 17 , frist xray on dec 6 shows left side, the rod not in placed with the screw , second xray on the jan 9th moved again , I have 3 screws and rod on right side , left side 2 screws and a rod , thats the side the rod moved , will the bone fragments grow together with the rod
