I Had L5-S1 Fused In My Lower Back 5 Years

I had L5-S1 fused in my lower back 5 years ago and no pain since.

for the first time sine I felt back pain in that area yesterday and have a large bruise around the operation scar. Can you please tell me what could be wrong and the steps to take? I feel very lethargic too...
