I Had Mohs Surgery 5 Days Ago On My Left

I had Mohs surgery 5 days ago on my left cheek for a very tiny spot that was there 5 years. Thereafter, same day a plastic surgeon made a flap and closed it that way. Stitches come out in 3 days. Any suggestion as to WHEN I can start applying make up to go outside. I know about sunscreen now, but I NEVER go outside without make up. Thank You.
