I Had Moh's Surgery On My Forehead Two Weeks Ago,

I had Moh's surgery on my forehead two weeks ago, and now I have spitting stitches. I had the doctor remove a few, but I need after-care advice:
Should I keep the site bandaged 24/7?
Should I apply ointment, and how long of a period should I do this treatment?
Will there now be a more extensive scab or scar, and will I need the area re-stitched?
How long should I expect this to heal?
