I Had Perichondritis Of The Ear Diagnosed And Treated A

I had Perichondritis of the ear diagnosed and treated a month back caused by a piercing 3 months before that. It was symptom free after management with ciprofloxacilin QID 7 days. Now I put on an ear ring on that piercing and was wondering if I should/can take prophylactic antibiotics and the dosage. Thank u.
