I Had Shoulder Surgery On December 4 This Year After

I had Shoulder surgery on December 4 this year after which I got a rash under my arm and breasts on the side of surgery. I felt it was maybe a reaction to the oxycodone they gave me for pain and so I discontinued the pain mess and just took Tylonol every 4 hours for a few days till I could get a handle on the pain. Still feel weak and have problems when doing normal daily routines. Is it worth it to have another urine test ? Why fevers out of no where and low temps like I have never had before and what would cause the swelling in my neck when doing just normal activities. I
