I Had Syphilis And Was Treated With 3 Shots Penicilin.

I had Syphilis and was treated with 3 shots penicilin. My previous test 6 months ago showed VDRL - negative TPHA 1:320 my doctor told me that I am ok and no longer infected. My test from yesterday showed VDRL - negative TPHA 1:640. Should I worry, is this normal?
