I Had TERP Surgery One Year Ago Due To Frequent

I had TERP surgery one year ago due to frequent urination and enlarged prostate. I still cannot sleep more than 2 hours before waking to urinate. Now it seems I awake more frequently in the early morning beginning about 4 am and cannot sleep more than 45 minutes before having to void. This is also combined with lower back pain. I though the surgery took care of my issues but I guess not.
