I Had Thymic Cancer A Thymoma Removed Robotically A 10

I had Thymic cancer a Thymoma removed robotically a 10 cm then had 33 radiation treatments after three weeks of completion I could not breath. They discovered I have a elevated left hemi diaphragm possible severed nerve. Not sure if Radiation caused it or the surgery. What are your thoughts. Also had a thorencentesis to remove liquid on the left side of lung and heart.
