I Had US Of Kidneys Today For Possible Stone.had To

I had US of kidneys today for possible stone.had to take multiple deep breaths and hold my breath through the procedure. I left the procedure to go to a department store and had sudden severe pain in the back of my left shoulder and at times into my left side of my neck. No pressure no heaviness no shortness of breath but it was hard to take a deep breath due to pain. No sweating no nausea. I have no heart issues or risk factors recent heart scan showed calcium level of 0. No blood pressure issues or high cholesterol. I am 60 and have been a nurse for 40 years. I did use my inhaler as I have occasional mild asthma issues when I have a cold etc and got to my car and took some ibuprofen. I actually drove to a hospital because I wasn't sure what was going on but it all resolved within 20 to 30 minutes and I feel fine now except for a little bit of a loose cough and seem to be gassy with belching. Very concerned what may have caused this and wondered if I could have triggered something with the deep breaths I had to take for 30 to 40 minutes for the ultrasound ? Can lungs cause the pain in the back into the neck?
