I Had Upper EGD Last Tuesday . I Have Continuing

I had Upper EGD last Tuesday . I have continuing pain, in stomach, chest and back area. Throat is still very tender. I have a fever off and on through the day. I was at the ER on Thursday with same symptoms, but not as bad as today. Was sent home. I am near tears and pain is keeping me from my job. Any suggestions on what is going on? I need to work.
