I Had Valley Fever In 2014 And Was Treated With

I had Valley Fever in 2014 and was treated with Fluconazole. Recently, bloodwork shows active cocci titer again, although my chest x-ray was clear (I do have a leftover nodule in my lung). I can't into a specialist for 5 weeks and my primary care physician does not want to start treatment. I'm exhausted and have significant pain in my joints and bones. Suggestions?
