I Had A 2-3 Drops Of Spotting A Week Before

I had a 2-3 drops of spotting a week before and after expected period. I am having retroverted uterus. I had a internal ultrasound scanning on 5th week 0th day. In the report they said that endometrium wall is thickened without obvious intrauterine gestational sac and minimal amount of free fluid in the POD. Rounded hypoechoic structure with peripheral vascularity noted inseparable from the right ovary measuring approximately 1.5*1.5 cm -concern for hemorrhagic corpus luteal cyst.
I am scared that am I having ectopic pregnancy or normal pregnancy. Please anybody guide about it. I am very much depressed by seeing this .
