I Had A 2nd Cervical Fusion Last Year And It

I had a 2nd cervical fusion last year and it is reoccurring with acute jaw and tongue root pain only on right side. Dentist checked it and sent me to oral surgeon who did CT, he said TMJ but it has been 2 weeks with no relief and can barely swallow or talk the pain is so severe. What can it be?
