I Had A 6.5 Cm Tumor Removed From Me Left

I had a 6.5 cm tumor removed from me left ovary about 2 months ago and I am still having nasty effects from it. Some of them are brown colored discharge, pain, swelling, and severe spasms. Also, some new things came along like painful intercourse. I'm not sure if that's normal or if I should call my GYN.
