I Had A 98% Carotid Artery Left Side. The Balloon

I had a 98% carotid artery left side. The balloon was blown up in the carotid artery. It hit the sensor in my brain that tells the heart to stop. My heart stopped 3 times & the doctor almost didn't get me back. One time it's was over 10 minutes.
Now I have a less than 50% carotid artery x 2 on the right side. Do I do another stent or just know my time on earth is near
