I Had A 99.7-100.9 Degree Fever Friday Through Saturday Evening.

I had a 99.7-100.9 degree fever Friday through Saturday evening. Yesterday and today I have been experiencing terrible pain in the front of my face, sinuses, and teeth. Fever is gone. Sometimes I feel pain in my ears and throat. I am not congested at all and have no cough. Can you help?
