I Had A Bravo Capsule Inserted Oct. 6th. It Hurts

I had a Bravo capsule inserted Oct. 6th. It hurts to eat and I get heartburn after every meal, or snack. I was told that it takes up to 2 months to expel. Is this correct? And, if not, and I get it out, could it cause a hole. BTW, all the tests came out normal. I don't see how, since I get heartburn all the day and night.
