I Had A C-section On September 14. Lochia Lasted Only

I had a C-section on September 14. Lochia lasted only about 2 weeks. I had my first period September 15 and it was very heavy and long, lasting 7 days. Then it stopped completely. On Oct 27 I went in for my 6 week appointment and had a pap smear. I was given the all clear and told everything looked normal and I could resume all pre-baby activity. Then, two days later I began bleeding very heavy again. This has been going on for two days and there is quite a bit of blood, like a heavy period again. I am not in pain.
