I Had A CAC Score Of 1000 And Have Triple

I had a CAC score of 1000 and Have triple vessel Obstruction with the left descending aorta the worst at 80% blocked. I did great on a cardiac stress test which showed no damage to my heart. My doctor doubled my meds for cholesterol and blood pressure and sent me home. Should I change anything in my daily routine? I've never smoked, eat healthy and exercise daily. I have a bad family health history of heart disease.
