I Had A CT Sinus Scan WO Contrast Done, For

I had a CT Sinus Scan WO contrast done, for persistent nasal blockages wherein I cannot breathe out of either nostril, and have experienced worsening asthma attacks on greater frequency. The CT scan reads: IMPRESSION: Extensive paranasal sinus disease as described above, most severe in the ethmoids, including opacification of the bilateral ostiomeatal units. There are air-fluid levels in the maxillary sinuses and right sphenoid sinus, correlate for symptoms of acute
sinusitis.
I am wondering what this means in terms of surgery needs or severity of my case. Thank you!
