I Had A CT Of My Abdomen And Pelvis With

I had a CT of my Abdomen and Pelvis with contrast don and it stated "gastrohepatic ligament lymph node measuring approximately 6.8 x 3.7 cm". I had a followup with my Oncologist and he stated it couldn't be that large, he requested that the radiologist remeasure it and it came back the same size. I couldn't get in touch with my doctor today to see what it could be. I would like a little confirmation of what it could be so I don't worry all night. He already suspects low-grade lymphoma because I have several enlarged lymph nodes in other spots. Please advise.
