I Had A CT Of The Head After Having 4

I had a CT of the head after having 4 falls,compared to my CT taken in 2007 there is a patchy periventricular white matter that is more discrete likely reflecting small vessel ischemic disease. Particulary a focal 10 mm hypodensity in the posterior right centrum semiovale suspicious for a small lacunar infarct (which could be recent) i get terrible headaches and dizzy if bend over. Could my falls have been mini strokes?
