I Had A CT Scan . And It Says That

I had a CT scan . And it says that I have 5.7 centimeter cysts in the left upper renal pole . Additional cyst in the left mid renal pole. The pelvis CT. Says that the wall of the left colon appears slightly thickened, how this is secondary to it being decompressed no fluids or abnormally enlarged lymph nodes. Will any of this cause pain in my groin an back an my side and gas stomach pain
