I Had A CT Scan A Week Ago And Was

I had a CT scan a week ago and was told today that a blood clot was not found as was the reason for the scan. The nurse said the scan did however reveal some nodules on the heart. My doctors appointment is not for a few weeks and she said the doctor, of course, would go over that with me. What can nodules on the heart indicate? thank you
