I Had A CT Scan During A Surgical Procedure On

I had a CT scan during a surgical procedure on bowel, which showed 3 X 3mm kidney stones in one kidney and 1 X 3mm stone in the other. That was 9 months ago. I've had issues with my urethra, kidney infections and back pain since, which are the usual things associated with stones however I have also had vertigo like symptoms (dizziness, nausea, tinnitus, blurred vision) which a CT scan of my head showed nothing. Can these vertigo symptoms be associated with the kidneys. Also I've had numbness and aching in the arms and legs. I haven't lost any strength in them but my left knee has become swollen. There's no diabetes present. Is there a connection?
